Each week's in depth Live Food Lessons will cover various aspects of a Live Food Lifestyle and teach you how to organize and prepare yourself for a smooth transition to an incredibly healthy and healing diet. When you can fully grasp the concepts of a Live Food lifestyle, you will find that eating a Live Food diet is even easier than any diet you were following before.

A mother of 3 will require a much different approach than a retiree, just as someone who is trying to be 100% raw will require a much different approach than someone who is just trying to incorporate more Live Food into their diet for greater health. Along with the class lesson plans, everyone will receive individual attention geared towards their own specific goals, restrictions, and desires.

Everyone is coming from a different background and we all have different goals and needs. The Personal Profile will give me the information I need to design the course that is best for you. Each participant will fill out the Personal Profile form upon registration.

Once registered, we will schedule a 30 min one on one phone consultation. Using both the data from the form, and the insight obtained from our consultation, I will be able to set personal goals and treat each person's individual needs.

 

Each week you will be able to download a video lesson. The lessons are one hour and fifteen minutes in length. In the first thirty minutes I will cover the practical aspects of live food transitioning. From kitchen conversion and shopping, to craving control and eating on the run, you will learn how to most efficiently budget your time and money to create a lasting beneficial transition.

The next segment is thirty minutes of in depth food preparation instruction. In this thirty minutes you will learn how to create some basic and essential live food meals, snacks, and smoothies. I will show you how to create some of my own recipes and then give you base recipes for you to add on to and create original recipes of your own.

In the remaining fifteen minutes I will assign you your “homework”. This is the segment in which I will provide you with the base recipes for you to build upon and create original recipes of your own. There will also be an assignment that will be an opportunity for a practical application of that week's lesson. By doing your assignment you will be able to find out if you fully grasp the lesson at hand. If you experience specific difficulties in your assignment you will be able to seek advice on how to overcome the difficulties you encountered. This will ensure that you are able to succeed no matter what circumstances you may face.

 

Tele-classes are your chance to talk to me and your classmates to share experiences and discuss the lessons. Tele-Classes are one hour and thirty minutes long. In the first hour we will discuss that weeks lesson. Here is where you can ask all the questions that you have about the lesson and the recipes and talk about any difficulties or great successes you encountered.

The second segment is all yours. This is more of an open discussion of sharing and support. Remember, as the class goes on you will all face very similar experiences and invariably handle them in different ways. Hearing about other people's experiences will provide new perspectives that may uncover some solutions that you have overlooked. Just conversing with a supportive group of like-minded individuals is an incredibly effective tool in any successful transition.


This is when you will turn in the outcome of your “assignment”. Tell me how everything went and report any obstacles that you need to overcome. What kind of recipes did you end up creating? How did they taste?

I will return your email with solutions and suggestions for you to implement in your transition. I will also use your Personal Profile to help keep you on the right course to meet your individual objectives. Every week you can report to me what changes or progress you are noticing. You can also express any concerns regarding a lack of progress so that I can give you special instructions geared towards helping you achieve your personal goals.
