The "Becoming A Live Foodist " workshop is an all day event for someone who is looking for a more thorough transition to Live Food lifestyle. This workshop will cover, in depth, the physical, mental, emotional, and practical aspects of a Live Food diet and lifestyle. The purpose of this workshop is to provide knowledge, inspiration, strategy, and support that will empower you to make the change that you desire.
There will be complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day and we will finish the workshop with a freshly prepared gourmet meal.

Part 1
Setting Your Intention
There are a million reasons to become a Live Foodist and none of them are any more valid than the others. However, depending on someone's core interests and personality traits, certain reasons may mean a great deal more to different people. If we identify and focus on all of the reasons that mean the most to us we can ignite a passion that will give us the strength we need to stay on course.
Part 2
Breaking All The Rules
One of the Trying to apply cooked food rules to a raw food diet is almost always a recipe for failure. To be succesful in a Live Food transition, it is extremely important to unlearn all of the precepts and formulas we are subconsciously inundated with from growing up in a cooked world.
Part 3
Stocking a Live Food Pantry
Being prepared is crucial to a succesful transition. Learn the essential ingredients for a Live Food kitchen and how to always have what you need when the hunger strikes.
Part 4
Tools of the Trade
When I worked construction everyone always said "don't work hard, work smart". Having the right tools for the job and knowing how to use them will make Live Food prep a breeze. Find out about all the best appliances, gizmos, and gadjets that will cut hours off your food prep time.
Part 5
Being Raw In A Cooked World
When one enters into a Live Food journey, social complications are inevitable. In a culture that indiscriminately eats for comfort and entertainment, the Live Foodist is truly a monority. The social pressures affiliated with eating out or dining with family and friends may prove to be quite a dillema. With the proper modifications it is still very possible to enjoy the company of others withough sacrificing you commitment. Be proud of your decision and learn how to stand up for your right to health without alienating yourself or those around you.

Coping With Our Cravings
Cravings are another prevalent obstacle in a transition to a Live Food diet. The key to dealing with cravings is not in denying the urges, but to treat the urge as a message from our body telling us what we need. If we can determine what our body is really craving than we can give it what it needs in the proper healty form.
Part 7
Making It Last
As difficult as the initial transition may seem, the real trick is making it last. There are Live Food approaches that are an excellent means for the transition, but unless you adapt your diet in accordance with your own personal needs you have a small chance of being able to sustain your new raw lifestyle. Learn how to interpret the indications from your body so that you can properly adjust your diet to cater to your specific needs.

Finally, sit down with fellow health seekers to your first meal as a Live Foodist! Enjoy a delicious gourmet meal that will satisfy and inspire you on your new journey of health and happiness.
Everyone will take home with them an informational packet that will include an overview of the days discussions, a list of equipment and ingredients, and some recipes to get you started. Participants are also eligible to recieve special discounted prices on Live Food prep equipment, starter supplies, and select Live Food services.
